About Us

Making change happen.

We are a group of Tenants and Leaseholders who live in Oxford and share a passion about housing, the future of housing and how our services are delivered.

If you have just retired, been made redundant, feeling lonely or isolated
or just want a new challenge then read on.

We work on lots of different projects which all contribute to reviewing and shaping the way Oxford City Council delivers its services to its customers.

You can give as much of your time to Tenant Involvement as you wish
and there are no barriers such as age, disability, race, religion or gender and would welcome more people from ethnic minorities to join the various review groups.

The Tenant Involvement team can provide: transport to and from the venues where meetings are held, training on a wide variety of subjects and if you are job seeking the skills and experience that you acquire through Tenant Involvement could be valuable in your job search. We also get to visit other teams across the UK and represent Oxford at Conferences and even Parliament.

Meetings are informal and held in a safe and friendly atmosphere that encourages participation from all in attendance. You are made to feel welcome and there is always a cuppa on the offer!

Your Support Team

With a wealth of knowledge and experience the Tenant Involvement Team are here to support all your Involvement needs; from expenses, to arranging meetings and venues, offering training, advice and getting you to the people you need to speak to when you are working on your review.
