Message from ODS...by Justine Nunn


As you know we are moving to a more digital way of working and this means that our operational staff at Oxford Direct Services (ODS) will be using their company phones to achieve this.


Whilst we have been trialling this, tenants have been making comments thinking that staff are on their phones carrying out personal activity.


When you are speaking with fellow tenants and leaseholders could you please help promote that they are in fact company devices being used to digitally update our systems/records and therefore being more efficient. This has enabled us to reduce our overheads as this work previously required back-office support to process the paper records.
